Can I get a refund?

All products purchased via our checkout at Rank UP SuperSEOT are refundable and under. You will test our high-quality services and get the best support ever if any questions or doubts you can email us at support@rankup.superseot.com.

Why can’t I get my refund?

Rank UP reserves the right to refuse refunds if any efforts of refund policy abuse are detected. 

1. 1. A refund is not applicable after 14 days from the date and time of the purchase.

1. 1. Refund is not applicable if Rank UP start working for the client project and 20% of the work is done.

1. 1. The refund amount is equal to the paid amount for a product.

1. 1. Refund is not applicable to service renewals.

1. 1. Refund is applicable for our checkout payments only.

1. 1. Refund is not applicable if the service was done and starts to make positive results.

1. 1. Some customers keep buying products and ask for a refund each time, then re-sign up with other user details and repeat the same. Also, customers who buy all template bundles, and ask for a refund will not be eligible for a refund.

1. 1. Cancel Your Order and refund is not applicable within 24 hours without giving any real reason for doing so.

1. 1. Refund is not applicable if the customer claims that the reason for his request is a problem with the service but refuses to get help.
